Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our Canadian service center.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the unit to ensure it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
